DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Add Salts: Add 1/2 of the contents of detox bath salts(or 2-3T for a foot soak). Stir the water to help the salts dissolve completely.

Soak: Soak for 20-30 minutes. This allows your body to absorb the minerals and benefit from the detoxifying effects.

Relax: Use this time to unwind. **enhance the experience with calming music or aromatherapy.**

Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before and after your bath to stay hydrated and help flush out toxins.
