TO USE:  

Boil: Bring 4-5 cups of water to a boil.

Steep: Add about 1-2T of the herbel blend into a heat-safe bowl.

Pour: Carefully pour the hot water over the herbs.

Steam: Position your face over the bowl, covering your head with a towel to capture the steam. Steam for 5-10 minutes, taking deep breaths to enjoy the calming aromas.

Rinse: After steaming, follow up with Duality Soaps Botanical Facial Oil.
